Sarah Elas (she/her)

Sarah was born in Jordan and raised in Sydney. She spends most of her time hiking, enjoying nature with her german shepherd and eating pasta. 

Over the years she has worked with children, adolescents and adults ranging from 3-90 years old. She has experience supporting people with varying degrees of trauma, anxiety, drug & alcohol abuse, depression, ASD, ADHD, ODD, eating disorders, mood disorders and emotional regulation difficulties. 

Sarah aims to provide a safe, non-judgemental and comfortable space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions throughout their therapy journey. She is LGBTQIA+ friendly.

She emphasises a strengths-based approach and building a strong relationship with self. She encourages her clients to prioritise self-care and self-love. 

Sarah has worked with multiple different cultures, exploring the impact of cultural trauma and intergenerational trauma. Coming from a middle eastern background herself, she assists clients in exploring how culture and religion can impact our sense of self.

She incorporates the use of Gestalt therapy, Somatic Psychotherapy, Motivational Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Art Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy and more.

Sarah has a BA in Psychology and a MA in Psychotherapy & Counselling.

Lexie Robertson (she/her)

Originally from Canada, Lexie has now lived in Sydney for over 5 years. She loves candy, golden hour at the beach and keeping up with dogs on Instagram.

Lexie's clientele over the years has been wide-ranging and all-embracing. She has worked with people of all genders, aged 3-82 years old.

She prioritises building trust and rapport in the therapeutic relationship. Her aim is to meet clients where they are emotionally and provide them the space to explore their inner experience.

Particularly, Lexie has experience supporting people with Trauma (incl. C-PTSD), Anxiety, Grief, Family Issues, Interpersonal Issues, Gender Dysphoria, Sexual Abuse, Burnout (incl. Athlete), Low Confidence & Self-Esteem, Attachment Issues, ASD, ADHD, Mood Disorders (incl. BPD), Schizophrenia (incl. psychosis), FASD, TBI, Functional Neurological Disorder (incl. chronic pain).

She utilises a variety of modalities with her clients, for example Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Somatic Psychotherapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Polyvagal Theory, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Play Therapy etc.

Lexie is LGBTQIA+ friendly. She has extensive experience in working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander youth and adolescents.

Lexie has a BA in Psychology, an MSc in Sport & Exercise Psychology, and an MA in Psychotherapy & Counselling.  She is a Clinical Registrant with PACFA and an Approved Counsellor with Victim Services NSW.

  • Clinical & Certified practising psychotherapists and counsellors with PACFA (Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia)

  • Person-centred, trauma informed psychotherapy

  • Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialists (ASDCS)

  • Certified ADHD Professionals (ADHD-CCSP)

  • Working with children checks (WWCC)

  • 3+ years experience in providing Equine Assisted Psychotherapy
