talk&co pty ltd has cancellation policies in place for our services. This is explained to you by your psychotherapist when you begin our services and is also highlighted in the service agreements. 

talk&co pty ltd has a 48 hour cancellation requirement. When you cancel your session within 48 hours of your scheduled session, cancellation fees apply. talk&co pty ltd charges for the full session fee. To avoid the cancellation fees, please provide us the required notice for cancellation which is more than 48 hours notice.
