talk&co pty ltd provides mental health services, including teletherapy, equine therapy and nature-based therapy. When scheduling your sessions with talk&co pty ltd, please read all information provided to make an informed decision on which service best fits your needs. When making decisions based on the services provided, outcomes are assumed based on your own ability to incorporate the information to your lifestyle, mental health and wellbeing.
When using talk&co pty ltd services, we ask information about yourself on our intake form. To use our services, we ask for your name, contact details, and some more information on your past/mental state. When scheduling a session, we also ask for your financial information (e.g. credit card details) to bill you for our services. Please note that once you have booked your session, you automatically agree to our terms and conditions, as outlined in the service agreement you will receive.
We take information collection and safety very seriously. We use stripe as the third party for the collection of financial information. Stripe has its own safety policies and measurements to maintain security. Other personal information is stored by talk&co pty ltd only. We do not sell or rent this information. This information is used by talk&co pty ltd to communicate with you regarding the services you require. We will not share information with outsider third parties.
Privacy and Confidentiality
As stated above, talk&co pty ltd will ask for your information when booking for our services. This includes collecting your contact information. This allows information from talk&co pty ltd to be sent to your email. By providing the information, you are consenting that talk&co pty ltd may contact you regarding the services you have inquired about.
The safety and security of your information is prioritised at talk&co pty ltd. We take precautions to protect your information online and offline. When you provide your information, (i.e. financial information) this data is encrypted and shared to us in a safe manner.

Information regarding Equine Psychotherapy
talk&co pty ltd provides services for Equine Psychotherapy. Prior to starting Equine Psychotherapy, we ask clients to read and sign an Equine Psychotherapy Safety Agreement. It is important that clients read and understand the risks and dangers involved in working in an Equine environment. Activities that are involved with horses can be highly active and interactive. This requires clients to proceed with caution. talk&co pty ltd will provide safety information for clients when working with horses. If a client decides not to follow the safety rules, talk&co pty ltd is not responsible for any damages, injuries or harm caused during these sessions. The Psychotherapists have the right to stop the session and cancel any further sessions if the client shows any dangerous behaviour while on the property.
It is important to acknowledge that talk&co pty ltd is in partnership with Horses Who Heal to provide Equine Psychotherapy. Clients will be on Horses Who Heal property during sessions however, the sessions are performed under talk&co pty ltd.
