What services do you offer?

  • Currently we offer teletherapy (video/phone), a walk&talk nature service and equine assisted therapy. Sessions are meant to provide a safe and confidential space for you to be you. Currently we provide psychotherapy sessions for a duration of 50 minutes and equine therapy for 45 minutes. If you would like 15 minutes extra, there is an add on option. How do I schedule an appointment?

  • Please click here. You will be prompted to choose a service and be led through a series of steps. Don’t worry! If you need help, just send us an email at admin@talknco.com and we’ll help you out.

How do I pay for therapy sessions?

  • When booking your appointment, you will be provided with an option of paying in advance or you may pay post session. This is completed through stripe payment processing.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • We require at least 48 hours notice when you wish to cancel your session, otherwise you will be fully charged. Of course if there is an emergency, please contact your therapist to discuss.

Do you accept NDIS funding?

  • talk&co is NDIS friendly. Currently we are able to accommodate clients who have self-managed and plan-managed NDIS funding. If you are plan-managed, please email admin@talknco.com so that we can book your appointment(s) for you.

Do I have to commit to a certain amount of sessions?

  • No way! Therapy looks different for everyone. Whether it’s weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or simply once in a while when you need support, we are here for you when you need us.

What can I expect to get out of therapy?

  • It can be helpful to come to therapy with a goal/goals in mind, however it’s not necessary at all. Often, if goals aren’t provided at the beginning of therapy, they can be created with your therapist during sessions.

How confidential are the sessions?

  • We aim to provide a safe and private space for our clients at all times. Everything we discuss is between us. There are several exceptions to client confidentiality. These will be discussed during the first meeting with your therapist.

What if I don’t feel a good fit with my therapist?

  • You are the priority. If you feel that you need a different therapist, or a different kind of service altogether, then we will do our best to help refer you and get you closer to where you need to be.
